Getting in for the first review! Catching up with some former law school friends, I was told to check out the new custom east eateries and cafes. Open, spacious and a spot that is suitable for casual and professional chats, Altezano openness is refreshing because it feels like youre having your coffee outside while still having the service and options of a regular caf.Had my usual long black which came with sparkling water, a mug of boiling water and a nice Malteser chocolate. The coffee had a deep and dark flavour which I love and having the sparkling water to finish helped take the bitter aftertaste of coffee away and helped with the dryness of your mouth. Service is pretty spot on here, although they seemed to have trouble remembering whose coffee was whose because they didnt have table numbers and relied on memory. Showstopper: Fantastic location and the addition of sparkling water is a real treat ( Dont know if you have to pay extra cause this was my friends shout =D) Overall Grade: A-
pass here on my way to work everyday and finally decided to order something. I ordered an iced almond milk latte (my standard) but couldnt drink more than a few sips. I am faR from a coffee connoisseur but to me the beans tasted burnt (sour?) staff were really friendly , maybe i just got a bad batch
