Stopped by for dinner after watching a movie at Queen Street. There were quite a few tables inside so it could hold quite a few people. After getting a seat I got a menu and they had quite a few interesting things. I tried their dolsot bibimbap with beef and their spicy rice cakes and noodles. The portions here are quite large. The bibimbap would have been enough for a serving. Lots of rice but it didn’t crisp up at the base of the dolsot. I did find the rice a bit soft too. Flavour was alright but they only gave a small portion of gochujang. It also came with side dishes. The spicy rice cakes were nice and I was a nice surprise when it came with dumplings and a fried prawn. The dumpling was really good. Nice crispness and flavour. The rice cakes were nice but the noodles were a bit too soft for my liking. The price ($15) was really good for the portion that they had, particularly the bibimbap. I would actually stop by just for those dumplings.

Army stew in a single portion is rarely available at Korean restaurant other than bannsang. I really loved warm soup it was delicious with western ingredients and Korean spice and kimchi.

Ordered from ubereats.Bibimbap was great. Lots of ingredients and flavourful. The rice cakes were good too. If you’re into Korean food then you’ll most likely enjoy this. Also had the back bone stew. The meat was super tender but there wasn’t much meat to have.
