Ordered the Braised Beef Noodles, Xinjiang Noodles, Shanghai Wok Fried Noodles and the Shanghai Spicy Noodles! I had the braised beef noodles and the the noodles were so soft and smooth! The broth was quite tasty; had a hint of coriander and spring onion as well! The braised beef was tender and there weren’t any fatty bits! My friends and I were satisfied with the noodles! Will be back again to tey their hotpot dishes!

It was nice restaurant in city. I had lunch special -mapo tofu(?) and chicken one. It comes with rice 🙂 It was good. for me i love the dumplings the most. Love to try other dumplings:)

Great place for a family lunch. Lovely decor and relaxed atmosphere. Well presented and delicious food for very reasonable prices which seems almost too good to be true especially in the cbd. The buttered chicken was my pick, it was slightly spicy and fragrant with curry leaves. Salt and spicy deep fried chicken and stewed lamb was also tasty. The fried rice was average and didn’t appeal as much as the others. I agree with other reviewers that the stair case is less child friendly but it was lucky we managed to request to be seated further in away from the stairs.

Their butter fried chicken is to die for!! Crunchy coating and yet the chicken was very tender on the inside. Chestnut chicken was interesting, a tad sweet for my liking. Service here is always good and I really like the layout of the restaurant.

Blown away by the dishes! The must try dishes, cumin lamb rack and fish with pickled cabbage (suan cai yu)!Lamb packed HEAPS of flavour. The cumin and chilli hits you as soon as you take a bite. The lamb was incredibly tender and was falling off the bone. The fish was delicately tender, wonderful balance of the pickled vegetables with chilli.Nothing too special about the drinks. They tasted good and complimented the meal well.Only downside to our experience was the lack of staff to attend to the tables. Took a while before I could get someone to take our order and took ages at the end to ask for a takeaway container. Only 4 staff actually attending to the tables (1 was behind the counter most of the time). They were constantly going in and out of the kitchen so it wasn’t easy to get their attention.

Lovely environment, the interior design is great to enjoy with a view looking outside. Foods are a little pricey, but quality is ok. Recommended for two to three people enjoy a lunch.

I’ve been there 3times, finally got my beef noodle. Have stairs not easy for parents who go with stroller. But environment is really nice and decor pretty cool too. Noodle is delicious
