Bought a mixed rice kebab from this store. The rice was a bit dry, the meat was okay. Not my favourite kebab place – hopefully it was just a bad day for them as I’ve had takeaways from them before they moved to this location and it has always been decent.On another note, their fried chicken smells fantastic. Have walked past this place several times and will def go back to try the fried chicken (if it’s anything like how it smells, it will be fantastic).
Subway at britomart station happened to be closed so nearest option for a quick bite was this one. Little known of the outcome, I ordered lamb kebab( I know should have stuck to safe option of chicken), there was no one of course but the staff seemed to be in a rush for something which was weird. Apparently you can ask for 3 sauces and u will hardly have few drops, the person who made the kebab made sure he meticulously picked up two slices of each salad. Needless to say overall it was horrible, I actually had to throw more than half of it as lamb was tasteless and chewy. Would never go back and highly do not recommend this one. Needs a lot of work considering the location- it has so much potential.
Crappiest kebab I have ever tasted. The salad stuffed in it was stale. Not surprised why no one else has reviewed this place. Not a single customer in this place.
