Came along this little cafe, this place is a little gem. They have many good items on their menu looks super yummy!! Great cheap breakfast cafe as well! Not super fancy but super quality for the amount you pay for it the bagel I order from here was sooo good after a long night shift at work will be visiting this lil cafe more often x
The BBQ Steak Roll was the first and last thing I ordered here some weeks ago. I’ve only been there only once and that was on my day off from work. The Steak was juicy and chewy, which is how I like my steaks to be and the vegetables that went along with the roll was fresh and crispy.Pretty standard service in terms of a city cafe where times are often busy, but the time I was there was just getting into the afternoon. The waiting time was a bit long, but considering what I ordered the steak took some time to cook.Early in the mornings when I go to the gym at uni, this would be the only shop that’ll be open which is quite early. Just like the other shops aligned with it, they have a mini dining area as well as the main inside. Sometimes it can be difficult determining which outer dining area belongs to who.
While this might be a conveniently located little cafe, it is certainly not worth the money. The prices are insanely cheap, I ordered a Big Brekky for $10!! And was really hoping I’d finally found my cheap breakfast go-to. BOY WAS I WRONG. The toast was soggy, the eggs literally fell apart and was soaking in water on the plate. They served these disgusting cheap sausages with cheese in the middle, it was revolting. Bacon was the only eatable thing on the plate and even then it was 90% fat. I also ordered a spicy chai latte, it tasted as though it was just frothed milk with zero chai flavour- I didn’t finish it. Do not recommend for food or drink!
The eggs Benedict here is quite good and they also have a wide range of Sandwhiches. Lovely customer service, I would recommend this place of you’re looking for a good breakfast. However tables and chairs are limited and it is not the most spacious dining area.
I always visit here if I am in a rush for lunch. The staff is very friendly and food options are great, but I do find that every sandwich or roll I buy there is something missing in the flavor. I always feel like I need more salt or sauce? But, considering the price and location, its a great place to get a quick lunch to go.
Want to buy quick and easy lunch? Global Sandwich is the place for you. There are many different varieties of sandwiches to choose plus you can even get it custom made right in front of your eyes. Ambience: 4/5 very small and convenient CBD cafe, beautiful music from 90s playing in the background. Limited space to seat as they mostly cater for people who are in rush to go to work. Grab & Go!Service: 3.5/5 Asian staff really need to smile and engage with the guests.
My new faveourite go to place for breakfast during the week. $5.50 for a fresh out the oven blueberry muffin with a soy chia tea latte! I’m well impressed and even got to sit outside and feed the birds my crumbs. Really made my day finding this little gem.
