Amazing food paired with amazing and attentive staff. Decr is amazing too. There was so much to choose from but in the end settled for a large dish; hapuka with seaweed butter and potatoes and a couple of spring onion flatbreads with a side sauce that was to die for. The hapuka dish is a must try. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce is divine. If only they offered the seaweed butter as a side sauce with the flatbread i would gladly take it. Flavours were balanced and a touch of freshly squeezed lemon just takes it up another level. Would definitely be back to try the other offerings and definitely for the hapuka.

Decent sized venue with indoor and outdoor seating. Sat at the bar and watched the boys get to work. Recommended this seating if your into that. Karaage chicken was nice the dragon sauce that came with is was good. Chicken and prawn dumplings are fantastic and the crunchy chilli is what makes it over the top. Finished with the wagyu kushiyaki. This is a must the karashi mustard is insane but the beef on itself is to die for. Cooked over coals! Staff 10/10 super friendly and on to it.

Hello beasty had delicious food. Everything was good. The sashimi was my favourite. The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The interior was very nice, even the toilets looked good. The price was expensive but it was worth it.

Love interior at Hello Beasty! Bloody kimchi cocktail was very quirky and different taste I enjoyed a lot and wakanui brisket steak was excellent. Service was good and I’ll come back

Nice oasis at the Viaduct next to the noisy Irish pub. The fit out is great with a nice covered outdoor area.Service is friendly with very knowledgeable staff. We tried a range of dishes – lots of unique options to choose from. All dishes were really good although the cauliflower was a bit much – almost needed a smaller side portion or to share it between a larger group. The corn was so good!! Could have had two portions. The crispy beef bao were nice – almost like little mince pies. Definitely keen to visit again- the table next to us had a delicious looking curry. Would recommend a couple of small dishes and sharing a larger dish too

Cute little restaurant, cozy and comfortable. The food were tasty, perhaps a little over-flavored. Worth a visit if you like Asian fusion food. The bloody kimchi cocktail was interesting. Highly recommend the fried cauliflower and rice cakes.
