i work in cbd and have always loved this space. thought id drop in for breakfast and was pretty disappointed. coffee was ok, main disappointment was the girl who served me so unfriendly. seemed uninterested. i get that but at least try not to come across that way. Food was pretty average had the mince on toast, came with rocket which most was rotten and mince had gristle through it. would i come back? not likely.
We went for breaky to this place and had Mince on Toast and The Imperial Full Breakfast. It was nice, and the sausages in the big breaky were especially delish (think a pork, spiced sausage)! Would def. come back and try other meals.
One of the best chill cafe space especially if it’s 2 people meeting up, the individual tables are amazing you dont come in contact with other customers almost. Staff are mostly nice although they do have a few grumpy girls, very impolite. Coffee is sadly just average for me, and the latte art is a disappointing one. But love this place perfect for a slow morning coffee catch up.
I like this atmosphere 🙂 it is like open garage haha. Quiet and spacious. Barista was kind:) i had coffee here but would like to try something else:)
A really nice place in a really nice location! Loved the style and how it was set up! The portions are a bit small. We were really surprised about it at first, but definitely fills you up!
Cute little cafe in one of the laneways of Auckland. Open plan so a bit cold (even with the heaters) but well set up. Great coffee but the freshly delivered croissant was disappointing
Tried this place out with my friend. She had piccolo $4.5 and I had the mocha $5. The coffee was okay and the price for my mocha was okay as well. But for the portion of my friends piccolo, it was not worth $4.5. She had that same portion for the price of $3.8 in other cafes. Plus it said on the menu there that it was $4 but she was charged $4.5. So i dont know if the new staff was wrong or they need to update their menu. Overall, our experience was okay. It was in her list for sometime now and we are glad we tried it.
