If you like wine, La Fuente is the place to go! The wine list is changes regularly, and you can taste many wines that other bars dont have. The owner has great knowledge about wine, of cause, and he never let me down. He always brings out amazing wines when I tell him the taste of wine that I want to drink. Not only he can guess my taste, but also go beyond that and surprises me to have amazing wines!This is the top wine bar in the city.
Such a treat to have a unique bar like this open in Auckland. We had never tried mezcal before so went along to do a tasting. The bar owner talked us through two different mezcal and we had some guacamole too and then tried the mezcaltini cocktail. The guac is a must try and if youve never tried mezcal head along and try something new. The bar has a cosy vibe and the staff are friendly.
What a great place to go for a drink. Friendly knowledgeable staff and the owner goes above and beyond to make your time there a great experience. Took staff there for a celebration and sat in the lane and watched the CBD drift by. Learnt lots about wine and the food is delicious and fresh.
