HOT POT? BBQ? NO! IT’S STEAM POT!I was very unhappy when I first went, but when you think about what they are actually selling, you accept the fact they are selling steamed food.Essentially it’s meats and veges steamed in a pot. Kinda like microwaved food, or pots you can make at home. However with many different food selections.It’s not bad, I personally like it. However still prefer actual hot pot or bbq, or even fast fry that steamed. As it taste like microwaved food.Anyways, I understand the hype, but not for me. But they have karaoke just next door and lots of alcohol! Yay!Service: 5/5Presentation: 4/5Environemnt:Food Quality: 2/5Food Quantity: 3.5/5Price per person: $30-$40
The worst experience ever? I ordered 2 hot- spicy pots ( Ma La Xiang Guo ) by delivery and it cost me $37.6 (one for $18.8). Both quantity and quality of these 2 dish is unacceptable. The picture below shows the quantity of it for one hot- spicy pot!
I enjoyed my meal at mensao pot. Good service and nice food. Mensao pot is a lil different from normal steamboat. It’s dry steamboat. U choose the sauce base and Staff will add in some special sauce and mix with what u ordered such as veges, meat. It’s a nice dining experience. I enjoyed it. Spent 50 for two which is awesome !
The environment was clean and new, but there wasn’t enough leg room under the tables, a lot of the staff couldn’t speak English and some were inexperienced. The food, however, was very delicious and the cooking methods were interesting too. I would consider going there again. We paid $85 for two people and one child and were completely stuffed!
