I much prefer this one to the Mentatz on Lorne Street. Ive had the teriyaki tofu don a couple of times now, the tofu is great, as is the teriyaki sauce. The sauce to rice ratio is spot on as well. Portion sizes are on the small side but for the price cant really complain. Its a shame the fit out wasnt a bit nicer though. Not the sort of place youd spend any length of time in.
One of my friends who studies at uni took me here. The very first thing I noticed was their price. Probably the cheapest ramen place in Auckland. It tasted nice, potion was enough and staff was friendly. The location is good but hard to find car park except expensive Wilson. The place was clean.
