I love, love love, Milse!! Their desserts always look amazing and taste even better than they look! We always come here for a nice dessert and get lots of mini cakes for birthdays! Workers are so lovely but the only thing is its a little cramped and has minimal seating so I’m not sure why they haven’t expanded yet considering their so popular. I’ve tried the iced chocolate but I recommend to get a tea or something if you’re having dessert as they are quite sweet. Have tried too many desserts to name but I love them all especially the macarons. Going to keep coming back as the whole family loves it 🙂 100% recommend

Been to Milse heaps as they have the best desserts in Auckland! However, I only have a photo of this chocolate dessert I had for my birthday last year. My favourite from Milse is probably their vegan raspberry cheesecake – doesnt taste vegan & isnt too rich/ too sweet also, the raspberry layer has a very strong fresh raspberry flavour which is the highlight of the dessert. Recommend everyone to come try their desserts & I will definitely be back to try out everything on the menu

DECADENT. Milse is a dessert bar and patisserie that will tease your palate with luxurious, rich, decadent desserts. Either take away some treats from their patisserie or dine in their intimate setting (perfect for sharing your sweet experience with your sweet, special company). My party of five were all undecided on what to get so we went with the degustation menu which was carefully designed to give us a great experience the whole way through. Starting light and fruity, followed by the heavy chocolatey goodness, each course was well transitioned and were even complimented with matching wines. Now normally I would break down and walk you through the components of each dish, but to be honest there was so much going on that I dont think Ill be able to fit it all here. All I can say is that the combinations of textures and flavours came together perfectly to suit whatever the dish was called, for example Raspberry, or Matcha. Only Milse brings a whole new meaning to each flavour and how far they can be enhanced. They provide excellent service and theyre a great treasure of Aucklands dessert scene. Located in Britomart.

Love this place a bit too much. Their desserts are so refined and flavours perfectly combined. Absolutely love the caramel which had such a good mix of different layers of flavour. The salted caramel just like its other neighbouring flavours also never disappoint – they are great to grab and go as we usually can never find a seat here. So I guess he only negative would be that there arent enough seats to house the demand .

I love going to this place, the ambience, service and lighting. It’s beautiful sitting at the bar watching the chefs craft such detailed desserts. They also serve chilled sparkling water which is a bonus on a hot summers day.Blue cheese creme brulee – (10/10) -Creamy subtle blue cheese flavours and crumble with ice cream and assorted dehydrated fruit. Every element was well thought out and just melts in the mouth.Popcorn panna cotta – (9/10) -Smooth, creamy, tangy and crunchy. All the words to describe a heavenly dessert. Another show stopper.Raspberry vegan cheesecake – (7/10) -I think they are still quite new to making vegan desserts. The base was too grainy and the filling didn’t have much sweetness while the raspberry layer was quite sour. But I’m excited to come back to try them again when they master this.
