A few colleagues and I pre-booked this place for lunch. They had $10 lamb shanks for lunch so we thought we’d try it out. Very pleased we did because it was delicious. The portion was perfect. The mash potatoes were well seasoned and the texture just right not too runny. They had a mint jelly that was a nice surprise. Our waitress Kitty was fantastic, she kept our drinks full and checking in to see if we were good. Highly recommend. Great food, terrific service.
Came here for lunch/brunch. Well it was supposed to be an early lunch but they are very strict with their breakfast and lunch time menus. We got there at 1145 and asked for the lunch menu and they said no. They were serving breakfast. I asked if we could order lunch anyway because by the time the food is cooked it would be past 1200 anyway. The answer was still no.So we ordered from the breakfast menu because my friend couldn’t be bothered arguing. We ordered egged Benedict, scrambled egg on toast and a smoothie. Eggs Benedict was your usual, not bad, not good. Scrambled eggs were quite generous.While we were still waiting for our food, they started their lunch menu. When our food was served they were serving lunch to people who had ordered at 12pm.The lunches did look quite large as they were being served though.No flexibility, service was unfriendly.
