It’s late Monday morning. We only had small dishes with drinks at Pilkintons. I had the marinated prawns with confit garlic; they were fascinating – even the garlic was beautifully cooked. My wife had the fish crudo with tomato, cucumber, coconut, etc. – a very refreshing small dish. After that, we decided to walk up Shortland Street for our dessert.(Food – 4/5; Service – 3.5/5; Ambience – 4/5) Visited on 6 May 2019
