PROPER. Living up to their name, Proper Pizza makes finger-licking/palm-licking/fist-licking good pizzas. Im not usually a fan of pizza but I loved their thin base and perfect portions of toppings – I was eating so fast I couldve eaten my own hand! Their 60cm pizzas is one proper way to wow your guests, otherwise you can opt for smaller sizes they have available.While I feel Auckland still has a long way to be able to claim there are plenty of restaurants that offer authentic, 5-star Italian cuisine, this at least brings us closer to the dream and definitely challenges the pizza scene.Located near Chancery Square at 12D OConnell Street.

Gets a bit too much after two sliced tho, or just because its gone cold. Perfect experience overall.Food 9/10 Service 8/10 Ambience 8/10
