Got the woodfired steak, oyster muffin, pork crackling and bone marrow. Enjoyed the muffins and crackling the most. Oyster is nicely deep fried and tastes great combined with the muffin bread. Pork cracking was full of flavours and you’ll enjoy this if you don’t mind the taste of MSG. I’d only recommend the bone marrow if you actually like bone marrow or else it can just taste like eating pure fat. Personally, I quite enjoyed it, especially the fact that you can spread it on the sourdough. Least favourite would be the steak because of how it was cooked although the potatoes that come along with it were delicious. Probably wasn’t the chef’s best work on the day. Nonetheless, nice ambience with great views and overall tasty food.
