We went here today wanting to use the grabone voucher with a 6yr old, who was really looking forward to getting a treat. The shop was supposed to open at noon. We got there before noon and waited and waited… and waited til 12.35pm and they still hadnt open! Such an incredible dissapointment from a 6yr old.We ended up getting bubble tea from OneZo bubble tea place a few doors down, who was actually open when they say they would

Have been here several times coz my daughter loves their ice flakes. We usually order peach or mango flavour, both nice. Environment is good and staffs all pretty friendly.
Have been here a few times with groups of people and its always a nice summer treat on a hot day! The shaved ice is fluffy and mixed with the flavouring so when you reach the bottom it isn’t just the ice itself. My personal favourites are mango – which is topped with mango ice cream and sweet mango bits – and matcha green tea – topped with green tea ice cream and red beans. I would also recommend the cinnamon honey bread if you’re in for something a little more sweet rather than the shaved ice.
Probs not comparable to desserts in asian but it’s the best I’ve had in Auckland. They changed the shaved ice game, say goodbye to the hard crunchy ice shavings. Their ice was fluffy much like ice cream. Which meant slightly more guilt free An excellent dessert to share and get all up in each other’s saliva.
they need to clean the table cloth as all the table were dirty like this even after they cleaned it and the table smells like rotten milk… i cannot imagine what the kitchen would be like… you just lost one customer… this used to be packed but don’t know if the owner has changed it just don’t taste like it used too be.. doesn’t taste like the korean ice flakes i used to have .. no wonder there were not many people there and the other dessert shop was full of people… owner should check if they are doing the job properly .. the place was just disgusting ..
The cutest dessert place ever! Its really nice to come here with friends just to chill out and have dessert. The portion size is quite big and the flavours are really yummy! Would highly recommend.
