Pretty nice place to come for lunch as a uni student and the decor in the store is very nice (very Instagram friendly).I came here 2 weeks ago with some of my friends, I got the Lychee Black tea and asked for less sugar, the tea itself tasted very nice. However, I noticed that it was definitely a lot sweeter than Lychee black tea from any other tea store I’ve had, and then I noticed that the sticker on the drink said 100% sugar. Possibly just a new shop assistant that may have misheard me when I said less sugar but wasn’t something worth chasing up about. The portion sizes here are quite big, especially the rice dishes. I recommend the Taiwanese Sausage rice, which was very nice. It was a little undersalted but overall still enjoyable.Taste: 3/5Decor: 4.5/5Service: 3/5

Newly opened bubble tea store that has wonderful decor and appeals to young people. Tried their pearl mill tea and Jasmine Milk Tea. Their staff members have told me they put less syrup in their milk teas compared to other stores. I took a few sips and you could really taste the tea. I recommend 25% sugar and no ice. I have yet to try their food!

Tastea Alley is quite newly opened and very aesthetically pleasing, decorated with pastel pinks and blues and neon lights. I thought it was going to be another tea shop but they also do Taiwanese style food. I ordered a lemon black tea, 50% sugar which was just the perfect sweetness and the beef noodles. I highly recommend the noodles! The soup was so good and just the right amount of spicy. Would definitely go back.

Came in for a drink with friends after our morning lecture. Tried the grapefruit and the passionfruit green tea. Both were refreshing and tasted like most of the actual fruit was used when making it. Didn’t taste much artificial flavouring which was good. Loved the environment. Cute quotes on the wall. Great place to chill after lectures.

Love the space and decorations! Brle tea – the milk foam with burnt sugar was so yum but when you mixed/drank all together it wasnt that tasty like milk foam itself. Original bubble tea was alright – good tea taste, alright pearls. The sugar level of this shop is really different from other tea shops and the girl advised me about it – we ordered 75% sugar and it was like 25% from most shops.

A new bubble tea cafe in CBD. The actual cafe is so pretty and so good for photos! They have good lighting and pretty pastel colours. What also caught my eye was that they serve food! The food sounded really good but i didn’t end up ordering any.I got the rose plant milk tea. It was buy 1 get original pearl free. I got 50% sugar for both and my friend got 0% sugar for hers. I just want to point out that Tastea actually listens and gave us exactly the amount that we asked for- finally a bubble tea place I can trust with sugar levels. The drinks were kind of creamy (or it might just be because of the layer of white thing on top which by the way is delicious) and I liked the flavouring. The downside was that my drink took a while to come. About 20 minutes but they were busy as it’s new.Overall, good. I will come back again some time to try their food too 🙂

Got the beef and three spices chicken on rice. Reasonable prices but I guess you get what you pay for. Heard the noodles are better. Got the roasted milk tea which we enjoyed quite a bit.
