Korean asian fusion restaurant. There was a lovely garden at the back. I ordered the kimchi fried rice. Tasted not bad, but I barely tasted the kimchi. Friendly staffs.
The ambience is very nice, love that glass house at the back! Food is good quality and delicious. I have tried the Bhudda bowl, yuzu salad, and the beef dinner set. I definitely recommend them all. It’s a good place to treat yourself occasionally.
Friendly and attentive staff with a cosy ambience!! Staff members were very professional and it was one of the few places that activated zomtato gold easily.Tried the jung sik and the bbq short ribs. They were cooked nicely and the meat was tender but the rice was a little dry. The dishes weren’t quite filling so I would suggest ordering around 3 dishes (excluding the big share plates) for two people.
Ordered the chilli chicken on fried rice with a baked chesscake for desert. The chicken wS fried and had a nice base, would have preferred the rice to actually be fried rice consistency its was glucky. Other than that real enjoyed the flavours- but it wasnt spicy at all. There were some picked cauliflower which was a nice surprise. Baked cheesecake had a brownie base-yummmm
Food looks nice and the environment is good. But for the price itself would expect a bigger meal as the meal is way too tiny to fill. And the waiting time is kinda long, my friend already finished his meal and I just got mine. Service is average~
I finally checked this place out, have been walking past it for a few years but always thought itll be too expensive without even looking at the menu. The price wasnt actually that bad but the food wasnt up to expectations. The rice came out dry and the chicken was slightly warm.
First time trying out the Kimchi Project. The place itself and the garden seating at the back has a cute, good vibe to it. The menu had afew interesting things on it but I ended up going with the chilli chicken on rice as thats what my mate had recommended. For this meal I think the only thing I wish was different could be the chicken being grilled instead of deep fried. The rice and fried chicken just didnt go well together and made the meal dry and I felt like I was eating either the fried chicken on its own or the rice on its own (wish there was more kimchi on top as well). The taste however was pleasant, and it was quite filling. Loved my house-made lemon lime and bitters. Presentation here is amazing with both food and drinks! Will most likely be back to try out their kimchi waffle fries next time!
