Came here with friends today. Lovely atmosphere, enjoyed my bao bun and pizza BUT the service was slow and there werent many people there. We ordered our drinks and they came out fine but my friends ordered their drinks a bit later 20 minutes later our mains came out but they didnt have their drinks yet we asked can we have the ros 3 times before someone actually brang it out. 3 of my friends got the chicken schnitzel burger with no sriracha but to please add mayo instead. The burger came out with no sauce another one of my friends had a cheese burger and the meat looked raw not medium rare. They took it back and took it off the bill and tried to justify that it was medium rare but it definitely did not look it + the smell was off. I dont think it is worth $20 for a burger to be honest. We would get on and off vibes from the lady serving us, we would question if she was mad at us which made us feel really uncomfortable. There were mistakes made today which could have been prevented. Like letting us know at the start of our meal when foods arent available. I didnt get or get asked if I wanted a receipt, one of the waitresses spilled slaw on another one of my friends shoes. I think its a nice place but needs improvement

Went for lunch with two of my work colleagues. We had views towards the water and the Maritime Museum. The staff are really friendly and made us feel welcome. The meals were all nicely presented as you can see from the photos. However I’d like to point out that they were all a little salty, especially the Fish & Chips. In saying that, they are not too bad. Overall I’m happy with this place and will definitely come back again.

The bottomless brunch here is AMAZING! You could not ask for a better day out, delicious food and unlimited mimosas for 2 hours with a beautiful view. Everytime my friends and I come here it’s such a fun experience! Would 100% reccomend this place for group events! Also staff are amazing!

Went in for lunch this afternoon after reading some decent reviews of The Lula Inn. The place was quite empty and had plenty of tables, we chose to sat on the high bench looking over the view. Wish the chairs were abit higher as the bench was to high for the chairs which made it uncomfortable when it came to eating our food. For food we ordered a large chicken pizza to share and chicken wings. The pizza was delicious, but cant say the same for the wings as they looked stale and not very visually pleasing to eat. The wings werent seasoned nicely, only had these two sauces which tasted like thickened soy sauce drizzled on top. They were cooked well from inside however. I highly enjoyed my frozen strawberry cider which was recommended by one of the waitress who was taking the order. It tasted better than the normal chilled cider bottles. The location is amazing as well as the interior, would definitely come back to try something different next time.

Love The Lula! Our waitress Morgan was an absolute gem. Humble pours, never had to sit on an empty glass for more than a minute. Food is quite small but who is really there for that anyway.
