One of the best eggs benedicts in the city. There is not a single fault with it. The eggs are always cooked perfectly (soft poached). They are served on potato rosti patties for a flavourful change from bread. There is the choice of bacon, ham, salmon, or mushroom with it. This is all topped with an abundance of delicious hollandaise. The other food and coffee is always delicious. The often overlooked cafe in the Empire building is well worth a visit.
