Hong yuan restaurant is gem! Giant dumpling $1.50 is amazing and crepe pancake are yum. Their cold noodle with cucumber and shredded beef meat was like eating Korean cold noodle soup. Mara dried food is signature dish which I became very addictive
Came here to have their milk teas and hot and spicy bowls (???) (). They had a good selection of raw food, it tasted pretty fresh, and prices were standard. The serve time was a little slow but understandable as they were very busy, and service was alright.They use a pork bone broth and it was very flavourful and creamy. Everything was cooked well (nothing over- or undercooked). Flavours blended together nicely.Their milk teas were quite nice as well, not too sweet or bland. They’re also cheaper compared to some other milk tea shops around.All in all, I would come back often for a comfortable meal.
