My Japanese girlfriend was working here. She said its a traditional Japanese sushi and tastes good. I dont really like it. Compared to other Japanese restaurants around Browns Bay, its not my favorite. However it is a good restaurant to pick up food for lunch.
Sushi Ya is seriously used to be good but new owners putting too much salt and sauce on food. I get one salmon but salmon they use is lower quality grade which i refuse to grabit. One gentleman fell off ground because they didnt mop properly and sleeper. They apologised to him and there was no hazard sign. They can cause accident. It happened at 2.10pm today if owner wants follow up with me. They were nice polite people but their food isnt healthy at all. Eating subway across the road would be healthier.

Best ever I have ever tasted. Love all the different sushi they have to even accomodate Vegans….Its a little gem and I will be back very soon.
The best sushi place I have ever been to. Plus if you go just before they are about to close they do cheap packs that are always good for lunch the next day. Best place to go for a cheap, healthy lunch in browns bay!
If you are looking to have sushi in Brown Bay.I would definitely recommend going here.I have tried a lot of shops in the area but this one is my favorite .Yummy,fresh and cheap prices.The rolls are huge with lots of filling.They have a good variety just could do with some more seating options.
I go here frequently for lunch. Best sushi available in Browns Bay. BIG and cheap!! My favourite for sushi. Great variety, always everything available and a fantastic price!!
