This is a stripped-down version of Genghis Khan (a la carte, no desserts). Customers can only choose a meat or two per bowl, with limited selection of vegetables and sauces as well.Their beef was a bit chewy, while pork was okay. The sauce combo I chose was HCS (Hoisin, Cizzlin Sauce, Soy), which was alright albeit a tad too salty.When my family dined in it seemed the manager cum cook cum cashier was keeping the other staff afloat as the other two obviously appeared on training and were too slow. Despite his visible frustration towards his trainees, he was friendly to customers.
