Customer service is not too good.Food is just okay. Although when I last ordered a paratha, they gave me a roti.Nothing really special just a typical Indian restaurant.
We have eaten here twice in the last week and we love it! The food is excellent and service is friendly and fast. The banquet is really good value for money. Ambiance and decor really nice. Fully licensed and BYO. All in all a great place to eat out with plenty of parking right outside the door.
Phone order, takeaway: Person who answered was friendly, helpful. Food was ready on pick up, food was delicious and tasty exactly what we wanted on a friday evening. Price is reasonable
Been coming here for about a year, food is good is what kept us coming back but service and now ultimately price that seems to go up everytime I go back – Iv had enough I certainly wont be back. Good luck keeping customers with this type of attitude.
We came here for dinner on Tuesday for a joint birthday. We booked a table for 12 at 6.30pm. All arrived on time and very hungry!We sat and waited for a waiter, unfortunately none came. The waiters seemed to be serving other tables who were seated after us. After 20 minutes we had to go up and asked for someone to take our drink order.We placed our food order at the same time. Unfortunately our food took an incredibly long time to come out. We asked when it would be out as we had 4 children with us-and were told ‘it was coming’. No time frame or anything. One of us then had to go up again and ask when it was coming and were given the same vague response. Eventually our food came out at 8.20pm. Almost 2 hours after arrival. We were offered no apology, no explanation and no proper updates when we asked. The Service was really lacking and very disappointing.The food was nice, which is why I have given a 2 star rating. However due to the lack of service, and the wait we will not be returning.
Very dry plain chicken . I phoned them to complain, staff did not seem interrested, very dissapointed about the responce.My husband phoned them to seem the same attitude.
great place altho the crackers are DISGUSTING I love vege korma come here often very recommend for a hoot rat in a white neighbourhood
