Today we ordered the $15 special. The 2 fish were more batter than fish, the chips were below average, & cheese & egg burgers below average.

Sorry guys but the fish here is absolutely disgusting!! We ordered a $13 Special on Tuesday night.$3 Chips – serving was pitiful3 x Fish – Tiny pieces of Fish and they were inedible to me and after having 3 mouthfuls I stopped eating mine – I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Was left feeling very crook for the remainder of the evening and through until the early hours of the morning.2 x Sausages – 2 x Potato Fritters and 2 x Squid Rings – Neither here or there.I have never had such a bad experience here in the past but this has definitely put me off coming back unfortunately.

Got lunch here yesterday and it was some of the best fish and chips we’ve had. The chips were crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Our gurnard was lightly battered and cooked just right. Looking forward to trying some of their seafood

Consistently great takeaways! We treat ourselves once a fortnight and haven’t been disappointed yet! Friendly and efficient service as well.

Have been there twice so far and each time was disappointed by the quality. Yes the price is cheap, yes it’s only a takeaway shop. But that doesn’t excuse the pale undercooked chips/fritters and tasteless fish.I am amazed that so many people were there both times I visited; I’m not sure if said food was undercooked because they were rushing orders or not but it is still bad practice regardless.Am not impressed.

One Of The Best. One of the best fish & chips shops if Pukekohe. It oftens gets quite busy here at the weekend. Save time and phone your order in first.
