Whole snapper was over cooked and dry. Asked for all dishes medium…. no spice at all! Entree was boxed supermarket crap. Mains were very bland but surprisingly very sweet! Prawn Pad Thai tasted like tomato soup… Very disappointed.Service very slack. Has certianly deteriorated over the last few years to the point we will not be back.
Was so disappointed the food was really average but the service was even worst no tables were cleared the waiters ate behind counter in plan sight and never come to wait on you apart from they took your order. Will never be back smelt so bad of mould it felt like you were eating it with every mouth full
Food absolutely tasty, not oily and wasn’t too much sauce. Had chicken satay for starter, peanut sauce was done to perfection and chicken was so yummy and tender. Pad Thai prawn was yum, prawns were crispy and were big prawns as well which was about 8 of them. Atmosphere lovely and a lovely Thai place.Don’t let the name put you off as food is DELICIOUS !
Don’t let the name put you off. This little gem has Great food, great service, great decor and all this is reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
Friendly and fast service.. reasonable pricing too.. but most importantly, tasty food..I’ve been here a few times and will be coming back soon
Food was good, the service was okay. I had pad Thai and it was really nice. It was huge and had to take it home in a takeaway container. So the portion size for the price is good.
Came here on a reasonably quiet Sunday night so were easily able to get a table. The waitress was quite friendly and the atmosphere was really nice – loved the decor and the tablewear. We ordered the Thai Spring Rolls, Massaman Curry with Lamb (and rice which was an extra $2 per person), a duck dish which came with lettuce, cucumber and tomato with a fish sauce thai dressing, and an extra side of vegetables. I like things very mild and found the Massaman curry to be absolutely delicious – I have had it on a previous occasion so knew it would be good, was lightly creamy and had excellent flavour. The spring rolls were also really good – a nice size with a tasty vegetable filling and came with a mild sweet chilli dipping sauce. I wasn’t so keen on the duck dish – the meat was very chewy and I’m personally not a fan of fish sauce so found the flavour not very appealing. The vegetables were a great accompaniment to the curry and rice (was a mix of steamed cauliflower, bok choy, broccoli, baby corn, zucchini and carrot). Will be back for more curry and am keen to try some of their other dishes 🙂
