We had a lovely experience. We went on a Friday night from Auckland. Reached at about 8.30pm which is about an hour prior to the restaurant closes. The staff courteously advises us that the kitchen would close on 30mins although the restaurant closes in an hour which was well received by us. I would rate the staff 10 on 10 for their service. We only ended up ordering a Turkish Mixed Grill and a Margaretta Pizza. The food quantity was sufficient and very delicious. Mixed Grill was the winner.
June 2018A really nice authentic looking Turkish cafe whose staff provided the most impeccable service. The food certainly wasn’t dissappointing but was possibly ‘europeanised’ somewhat… maybe this is what the local dining community want here on the southern edge of sprawling Auckland District. A heavier hand on the spices could have made this meal superior. The serving sizes were so very generous that we didn’t need (or have room for) dessert. Bar service that supported a great meal. Would definetly eat here again.
