This is a nice spot to grab a bite and have shisha with friends . Dont expect good service as its not going to happen. After hearing so much about how good the kebabs were I ordered the lamb one . It was literally flattened in the toaster and overly cooked with hardly any stuffing . The fries over here are the best. Seasoned with chicken salt they are We had to ask the waitress 6 times to bring milk for our tea… this is normal here though as they are busy I guess
Seating is a bi$&h but the atmosphere is amazing! Love the shisha. Just wished there were a little less high school dropouts there showing off with their shitty $2 cars.
I’ve heard raving reviews about the awesome hangout this place is, and it’s definitely a hangout. It’s filled with people outside smoking shisha, it’s loud and smoke is everywhere. However indoors it’s empty. We came for the food, and ordered a chicken on rice. It felt extremely dirty to us and we immediately regretted our decision to order. I actually saw a staff member refry chips (fortunately we did not order these). The staff were all really unfriendly, not any effort to smile. When I was handed my food the girl made no eye contact and it was quite uncomfortable. After finally getting our food we left, unfortunately we forgot our drink so we turned back around to get it and they were pretty nice about it. When we got to the food it tasted horrible, some of the chicken was black and it tasted like feet. The hummus tasted like peanut butter. We didn’t eat any of the food. Definitely won’t be back.
DAMAS KINO absolute rubbish if I could give a rating of zero I would after waiting around 30mins for our sheesha which was paid in full as soon as we arrived, nothing came out. Pretty annoyed at this stage as we have been already in twice asking on the where abouts of our sheesha. Yet to see a group of 12 coming in after us get getting severd. Went in for the 3rd time asking for a refund. They said they don’t do refunds got told to wait another 10mins on top of what we had already waited for. Walked out with no REFUND and sheeshaless!!!!

The lady who served us our sheesha : horrible, I’m sorry but it wouldn’t hurt for you or your customers to crack a smile ( she couldn’t if her life depended on it ) we received our sheesha without any word or say and one mouth piece when there were 2 people? Hygiene; this is the big let down, as I’ve attached an image – we wiped our own table with 4-5 sanitary napkins and they all came out like this, even the glasses which came out for our cranberry tea were bad, not as bad – but bad. Overall great atmosphere and good service from one staff member, please work on your hygiene standards and do the simpler things right,This stopped me from ordering a simple chips as I couldn’t see where or how it was being cooked. May return if friends insist, not otherwise.Kindest regards.
Best hang out in Auckland, the team that work here are beyond helpful and friendly and go out of their way to give you a great experience! Definitely recommend!!
Staff here are very friendly, we come here late and for Shisha and they pack up but never rush us and just allow us to take our time, treat your customers this well and we will always be back!
