The worst thing about this place is the service. The entire restaurant was serviced but one waiter who obviously couldn’t cope with the crowd. We waited quite long for order to be taken. We could see our food at the kitchen counter for ten minutes before the waiter had a chance to bring them over. But then he forgotten our rice. I had to walk over to the counter to pick up my own rice. In terms of the Japanese food it was not authentic. This is the first time I see unagi chopped up into cubes to be cooked. And my udon was served in a cast iron hotpot with candle still burning under the pot. That means within five minutes my udon has become overcooked. I requested for my pot flame to be extinguished. Food was really underwhelming.
