Called in today for an early lunch. They open at 11.30am but would probably take about 45 minutes until the smorgasbord trays would be fill. I just ordered their Chicken Nibbles. Seems Shens are known for their chicken. They were awesome! Freshly cooked. The coating is really yummy. Would buy the chicken again. Would also like to try the smorgasbord next time.
Love their chicken nibbles, great value and always yum! Expect to wait for a fair bit since theyre always packed but trust me, its worth it. 4/5 for food3/5 for ambience (Thankfully they have chairs for customers to sit while waiting for the food)4/5 for value5/5 for service
Was dissapointted yesterday i came at 11am hoping to grab some chicken nibbles but unfortunately weren’t opened. I stood around for 20 minutes waiting. Nope no 1 showed. I usually come in evening’s for chicken nibbles quiet nice and goof value for $$
= MUST GET THE CHICKEN NIBBLES, THEY’RE SO GOOD =The service is great and we ordered chicken nibbles with fries today. The fries weren’t good as they looked like they were cooked multiple times. Coming here next time for the chicken nibbles.
Not happy with today’s services. I called In and ordered one $19 tray with sweet and sour pork chow mein, egg fu yong and fried rice plus 1 number 1 and $3 extra chips. My daughter and husband collected the order to find thy didn’t give the $3 chips then denied that we paid for it over the phone but we had the receipt. Thy then gave our $3 chips so we came home settled down to eat only to find there was next to nothing sweet and sour pork or chow mein or egg fu yong but heaps of fried rice….definitely a lesson learnt experience that I will keep an eye on next time I order. IF I order again.
Deep fried! Massive portions! Cheap! So that’s what you’ll get here, no surprises. Best food in this joint is the chicken nibbles. If you’re going to a party and don’t know what to bring I highly suggest getting the biggest order you can of this. Your plate will definitely be a hit!
Good ole Shen’s chicken. . This has long been a hit for cheap quantities of chicken nibbles for years! I swear most house parties generally come here and order mass amounts of food to cater. Generally the food is good and for cheap as well. Very busy establishment on a Sunday, a popular place to hit up for massive portions for cheap! I’ve only tried a few things on the menu from memory, chicken nibbles are a reoccurring memory haha. Today we got 20 chicken nibbles with chips for $13. A lot of nibbles for so cheap! Chips were cooked to my preference of mushy on the inside and slightly crunchy of the outside. Chicken was good, I always like the crunchy outer but can be a hit or miss with the chicken, it’s either meh, juicy, or dry. . But you get what you pay for. If your craving some junk food, hit this place up! Definitely won’t hurt your pocket!
