Love this place for takeaways on a friday night when finished working in Otahuhu for the week and must say we are never disappointed. The food is yummy, really enjoy their medium butter chicken, Korma, all very yummy!! Thanks Sangam for the great food and great service.
Located next to Aussie butcher. Onion baje and prawn tandoori are my absolute fav entree, i usually get takeaway on Thursday night but dined few times. Chicken ticka masala is always delicious and safest choice
They have awesome chicken achari , only downside is that they are little expensive and also have small portions. I always had very good experience with them.
The best Indian restaurant around our area, the food was amazing, very fresh , delicious flavours , the service was quick, lovely staff always came over to check if we needed anything. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be eating here again!!

I ordered butter chicken and ive tasted better butter chicken at Shamania. however even though they were flat out busy when I was there, I was impressed with their nice friendly service
Went to Sangams for the second time and was very happy again. It is new so the decor is still fresh and not tacky at all unlike some ethnic establishments. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food is some of the best Indian food I ever had bar none, the sauces are thick and tasty and a decent amount of meat. I had the Lamb Madras and it was spot on to what I wanted, I asked for hot not euro hot but Indian hot and it was just that , I also had an entree the mushrooms duplex they were delicious. My daughter had chilli prawns and a bowl of chips she was really pleased with here food as well, the chips seemed to be fresh not frozen like they cut up a potato and deep fried it. I am not a chip eater but could not keep my hands off her chips. I got some Daal for my wife as takeaway and told them she is a vegan, the waiter came out to clarify what that actually meant and apologized for the wait because they had put dairy into her food and were redoing it. I was very happy over all.
