2 stars for good ambience, customer service and coffee. I ordered matcha latte (green tea latte) and it was weak!! No taste of matcha. Other branch Ive been made a LOT better. Also ordered ham/bacon scone, the scone was good but the butter that came with was gross!! I bought scone from other Kreem and I got legit butter in original package. But this branch have butter in container and its disgusting (see photo) No idea where was this butter been through! If you are going to reduce cost and do this way, make sure it clean.

I was advised the kitchen was closed which didnt bother me as the cabinet range is pretty extensive from the home made pies to the salads. I went with the pumpkin soup. Look I’ll be honest, as soups go, it didmt blow my brains out. It was pretty average taste wise. My daughter had the mince and cheese pie. The mince was dry and not much cheese. Maybe next time add more gravy.Other than that was ok.
