Nice local Italian joint, the decor is a little tired and dated but the staff are friendly and accommodating. They were helpful and knowledgeable with what could be prepared gluten/dairy free which I particularly appreciate at an Italian restaurant where so much of the cuisine is usually all about pasta, cheese and cream. I had olives and the entree sized prawns – I foolishly didnt realise that the entree size came without sides and wish the waitress had maybe picked up on that and checked with me as I ended up leaving feeling hungry. My partner enjoyed a creamy pasta and the calamari. The food was good but took over an hour to be served and we both thought a bit overpriced.
