I had a coffee and sausage roll here. The sausage roll was pretty decent. The milk of the flat white was frothed nicely, but the coffee was bland and had no scent. The place is spacious and clean, but was very empty especially considering its mothers day.
After waiting an hour and a half we had to leave for a concert, despite several assurances both on booking our reservation and talking to counter staff that there would be no holdup. So went to the gig hungry, very disappointing. They did however refund our money.
So I was looking for a place for a meeting nearby town and found the Alex bar & eatery. This has got everything: great location, close to the motorway, free parking, free wifi and even the view of the race-track! We had coffee and the food from theirnice looking cabinet and theywere really good and on-time. Overall a fine experience!
