Been there with a friend this week. Got a cheese scone and he got a flat white (both takeaway). My scone was undone in the centre and my friend’s coffee was cold. It is a no for me, definitely.
Went in to get a ice coffee. Immediately noone was at the register (no biggy) ran the bell. No answer. Looked in the kitchen. Dude was on his phone or something. Ran the bell again to get his attention. Got rude looks from the guy as he was pretty unhappy to serve. Ice Coffee had coffee grains in it.. overall didn’t taste great :/The lady was nice though.
Delicious food! Love their chicken salad and their caramel rolls! Their Italian hot chocolate is to die for! Brilliant service and last Friday, the owner gave us a caramel cinnamon roll on the house whilst we were eating our lunch! Amazing customer service and amazing food! Highly recommend
