Its actually pretty good. I went here a few days ago and got the roast pork roll and roast potatoes. The pork was really nice and had good crackling. The potatoes were soft and fluffy with good flavour. The service wasnt too bad I think theyre under new management. Will definitely be returning
I really wanted to not like this place. I will be a forever fan of Roast World in Glen Innes, but Kings Roast is definitely a good choice for folks as well.My main reservations for establishments on Lunn Ave are that quite often these places are pricier and quite often my friends who have dined at other Lunn Ave establishments have been left disappointed. Nevertheless I came in on a Sunday night wanting something homely and meaty. I ordered the Mash Potatoes and Small Pork, the crackling was superb and better than Roasts Worlds. There was a good amount of pork and the gravy had a great creamy texture. The potatoes had a decent crunchy exterior but it lacked that fresh fry that Roast World potatoes had. I would come back for roasts meals and is a good choice for the more conservative folk of Stonefields.Showstopper: Pork Crackling was superb hereOverall Grade: B

Because crackling is my cryptonite, Pork is always first choice. The small serves are plenty for one, but if you’ve worked up an appetite of a lumberjack you’re in luck. They do medium and large sizes too! King’s is simple, honest and filling. Yum. ?
I was hungry and I needed something warm and hearty to fill my tummy. The single serve of pork was generous and perfect! Crackling was awesome, so much so that even though I want to try the lamb next visit… I’ll probably get the pork!
Picked up a medium sized pork roast meal for the 2of us today. Generous servings and tasty. Crackle was perfect. We are not big on potatoes and asked for them to be replaced bykumara and pumpkin and they were more than happy. However those potatoes do look good with the crispy outer. My husband and I always order the same 2 small roast pork meals. We use to dine in quite a lot but since having a baby we now get them to takeaway. Quality of the roasts are awesome, the sizes are very generous.Most occasions I struggle to finish my meal so my husband usually finishes it off. Staff are very friendly and now recognise us as regular customers…if you want a great roast pork meal this is the place to go A+++
