Waited 25min to get food definitely not worth the wait, overly greasy chips, bland burgers and to top it off the bun on my fish burger was burnt, would not recommend and will not be returning.

Went 2 nights ago -first time trying it out – phone ordering good and friendly – order was on time and tasted great. Had snapper and chips. Nice typical neighbourhood takeaways

Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning and would definitely not recommend to anyone else. Very short, rude response on phone when I called to order, hung up on me and then once I got there (after waiting 45mins for my takeaways to be ready) I discovered they had taken my order COMPLETELY wrong, gave no apology whatsoever and I was forced to pay for what they made when it was not at all what I ordered. I had waited 45mins and had 2 hungry children waiting for dinner so had to take what they had made. Soggy, oily wet fish and chips. Tasted horrible and was a huge waste of money.

Our regular for fish and chips, always worth ringing and ordering in advance. Chips portions are not the biggest but that seems to be normal nowadays for any fish and chip shop. They have a good selection of Fish and cooked perfectly, get them crumbed always better :)Great price wise and friendly husband and wife team.

Very very popular fish and chippy run by a husband and wife team. Offers a good variety of fish including hoki, snapper, and gurnard. Comes crumbed or battered. Pair with some potato cakes or fries and your Sunday fish day is sorted. Visit Molly at the dairy next door for your sauce or your tartare. Friendly but almost always frantically busy bunch. Pays to call ahead if you’re the impatient type.

It took me 5 years to find a local chippie worth it’s salt and THIS IS IT!Now I’d travel to eat the fish and chips from here if it came to it.These fish and chips are awesome; crisp, fresh and exceeded my expectations!

Fish and Chips – it’s fresh and really enjoyable. Unlike many other places, the fish is real crispy and light – absolutely hate those take out places where the fish is oil sodden and wet/slimy – fish and chips should be fun – it is when eaten from this place !
