Worst Kebab I have ever had. I took about three bites because I was hungry but couldn’t eat anymore. The meat tasted off and had fat all the way through it. I felt like vomiting from the taste it left in my mouth. First time ever writing a bad review.
As a truck driver I stop Bombay every week and have tea I had given up on this Indian shop as food in last six months got worse but then I noticed different staff so tried again and it was ok but tonight I couldn’t eat it.the chicken in my butterchicken was black burnt and tasted so ,I can’t believe this was sold to me , I will never return
I am not one to complain – I usually just leave it… But I had a rice dish from this place yesterday and I can not stress enough of how disgusting this food was!!!! Maybe 10 pieces of lamb spread over a chunk of rice that had been sitting out all day. Not fresh not at all yum. Went straight back in and just left in on the counter after telling the woman working how fowl it was. I couldn’t even take a second mouthful! Waste of money. Guttered! Don’t recommend this place to eat at all. If I could rate this place on the food + hygiene I would leave a zero, unfortunately I can’t.
Average food don’t get orders right nothing seems fresh but good costumer service and there food is not terrible it’s still alright good if your looking for some Indian food in a hurry, nor so good if you’re going taste hunting for that perfect curry dish
Fabulous! Moved to Pokeno and wasn’t too sure about what was around in the way of take out. Stumbled across this place one night and so very glad I did. The BEST indian food in Auckland and Waikato. Awesome service, incredible food! Definitely my favourite take out!
OMG!! The best Indian food we have ever had in Auckland. Good ambience, good service.The butter chicken is mouth watering and truly defines the originality of the cuisine. Cheese and garlic naan makes you fall in love again I would recommend this restaurant to every single person in Auckland. Cheers to the Sikh guy who took our order.
Good food…The lady on the phone was very helpful. Suggested we have the Chicken Saag wala & Lamb Rogan Josh. Like the Chicken more than the Lamb, it could just be me. Overall both the dishes were good. Naan was nice as well.
