Disappointing after a 50 minute wait, my favourite fish was almost uneatable, batter burnt and tasted like old fat.Last visit there a few weeks ago was very similar the burnt oil aftertaste wasn’t as pungent
Awesome burgers for a great price! Had the Snapper & Aoli Gourmet burger – It was jam packed with fish, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, carrots & cheese – So big it was hard to take a bite of! The hot dogs are also supersized! Fresh cinnamon doughnuts. Chips were average unfortunately. Will definitely be back again thanks patty chippy!
Although the food is good the service is sub par at best. Unapologetic when mistakes are made and just generally sour. If there is an alternative then I wouldn’t choose Patty Chippy.
Decent and reliable takeaway place. Small place in patumahoe but the food is yum Ordered 2 hamburgers and a chicken burger with minimum fries ! Easily one burger could feed two; was tasty and delicious and enough salad and sauce was not overpowering 🙂 chips were definitely delicious, hot and not too much salt.Would come back for a decent takeaway place and cheap 🙂
Just had a lunchtime $5.00 cheeseburger. Delicious and definitely rate it in my top ten of cheeseburgers.Food was out within the timeframe I asked. Definitely get more for your buck at this shop.Lunchtime success nom, nom.
Things started great with new owners with food quality, but service was crap.. Now it’s a reversal – effort to improve customer service noted – but my last two visits have resulted in inedible meals… won’t return… unless I see reviews reflect improvement.. tasted like burnt oil and cardboard chips… incinerated fish and undercooked extras
Food was nice place is pretty clean and not a long wait but the attitude of the older lady working there leaves a lot to be desired. Very abrupt when taking to staff about my order while I was ordering and not very nice to me when handing my food. A bit of a smile and friendly attitude can go a long way in this industry. Real shame she lets the whole place down.
