Went there to get a regular sausage roll which was $2.70. The shop was pretty quite in the morning at around 8:20. The sausage roll was quick to demolish so I probably should have gone for the larger size. Overall it was a solid experience.
Friendly staff, I always have the chocolate croissant and the sausages for breakfast, really yummy. Having a little chat with the lady in front is always nice. Good service plus good food is always a winner! Highly recommended cafe in Ponsonby!
im a really big fan of earlybird bakery. i love their sausage rolls, especially the big ones, which i only found out recently also have cheese in them. huge fan of that. however, hours say open on sunday. i go here every sunday with hopes of this sausage roll, however, with no avail. they are usually closed. its okay, i have salmon. and i still love their sausie rolls 🙂
Biggest pies I have ever seen in my life, and I love having their bacon and egg muffins on hand for a quick breakfast on my way to work – Open bright and early and staff are always helpful and friendly.
