They have lots to choose from and majority have nice flavours. My partner always gets the meats on rice. I prefer stir fried noodles on a sizzling plate which is always good.Their wonton soup is yuck, dumplings are good.Their prices are about $3 more than youd pay elsewhere.
Had seafood in black bean sauce. Food taste and quality both was very good. I asked chef to add and remove a few veggies and he made my order exactly as I wanted. Service was good and staff very lovely.
I’ve had a few wonton soups in my time and this one definitely is a favourite! Order Number 10 BBQ pork and wonton noodle soup (see photo) and such good value at $11.50. Ponsonby Food court is still a goodie, definitely one of the cleaner ones out there!
Your average food court outlet… Decent choice of savoury dishes in the general Chinese cuisineGood value for moneyGot takeaway tonight, Christmas eve and so the who food court wasn’t busy at allGot the sweet and sour pork, stirfry beef in black bean sauce with fried noodles and spicy stirfry chicken.Overall satisfying meal and definitely to return when in a rush for some down to earth yummy food that the equivalent you could get anywhere in the far east…
