What a treat! My husband and I visited Madame George after a disappointing dinner at another place. We were stoaked that at 10pm we were still able to get a dinner menu. Service was consistently fantastic from every staff member. Even the chef brought us our meals. Who was also very lovely. The food was perfect! Simple but extremely flavourful. We loved everything! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful meal at Madame George. The staff are friendly, attentive and charismatic. My partner is dairy free so I had checked with them at the time of booking to ensure we would have enough choices. They reconfirmed this when we arrived and explained which menu choices would work for us. We picked the set menu and were delighted. They could improve on two things – substituting on the fly (ie providing oil with the bread in place of butter) and reiterating allergens at the time of the dish being served. That being said it was easily the best meal weve had in Auckland of late. The flavours were superb and the value for money was excellent. Will happily be back.
