Got a surprise at the Faculty Xmas party seeing all of these food trucks. Mama Tahani is one of them. Indeed, the Arabian Chook Rice Bowl is very nice. Although did not try other food items, but they were all nicely presented seeing what my other colleagues got. Like the way Marc (I think) handled the orders with a bit of laugh in between disruptions of service.
