I really enjoyed the burgers and buffalo fries. I tried them when when they had a pop up at Late Night Diner. The buffalo fries was a generous serving and it had the perfect hot sauce/blue cheese ratio.I can’t fault the burgers, full of flavour and very juicy which is just how I like it, however I did find the price a bit steep. If I ever came across them again and felt like a burger I would certainly not pass it up.

I was so close to giving these guys a 5.If anyone can suggest burgers they feel are superior – I am more than happy to try them, but make sure they are packed with flavour & the meat is up to par, because TBC delivers in these areas every time.My favourite offering was definitely the brisket chilli cheeseburger. At fifteen dollars it seemed pretty pricey, but after one bite I knew it was money well spent.Service is also great.Just make sure you get to where they are early. These guys always sell out of burgers.My one gripe? These guys aren’t around enough! Or perhaps they move around & it’s just hard to know where they’re located?Please, please, please Bearded Clam- open a shop! Sell us your delicious burgers & never compromise on the very high standards you currently maintain, no matter how popular you get.In the meantime, please update your social media when you are dishing up Bearded Clam deliciousness, so we can find you!Note: Mr 9, who is a total cheeseburger fiend, has also insisted The Bearded Clam have the best burgers. And considering his dinner of choice is ‘cheeseburger’ 90% of the time, I feel he’s completely qualified to make that judgment!
