Love the breakfast here. have alot of choices and staff are really friendly. food is good value also. only took off a star cause sometimes the wait for food off the menu can be long.
Quite a large premises with a decent range of sweet/savoury as well as bread and sandwiches. I don’t come here often as it’s not in my local area. I got a steak and cheese pie which was average. I did like the Neenish tarts from this place though. Important point I just want to note down:I always look for the food grade system sign and didn’t see one this day. I now know that might be because they had been given an E grade recently. However I still think this should have been displayed. I’m not saying I wouldn’t eat there in the future, but my eating there in future would depend on what food grade they would hold.
Nice & Clean premises, Sure Sugar cream donuts here are a little more expensive than normal but they are well worth it, they’re just perfection ; )
Went to this bakery as the other bakeries were closed. Always noticed that this bakery had no flow of cars.And i know why. So i went there for the first time.Bought a bacon n egg pie. And mince n cheese. It was so disgusting. The mince tasted like s**’=..I feel the meat they use for their pies are not legit must be that horseMeat or something yuckie… Don’t normally comment on these apps.But this bakery needs to close.So not right. The Food is Shit…
Pecks cottage bakery is very clean and sells fresh sandwich, fruit mix, pies and donuts ect… i liked their chocolate log cake $9 which i bought my niece she loved it.
Went there today, it’s very cold and rainy. Was hoping to get a nice hot mince and cheese pie, instead I came out with a cold (could maybe call it luke warm) pie. Not what you want on a day like this, dissapointed for sure!
Used to be a great bakery but since gone downhill.Went by this morning to buy 2x potatoe top savouries and 2x mince and cheese pies only to open them at home stone cold.Won’t be back.
