I went to Mangere Bridge this morning and a lady was selling alot baked goods. My favourite biscuit is Ginger Crunch. I never buy ginger crunch from a bakery becuse it tastes fake and old. I am pleased to say that this ginger crunch has a lovely shortbread like base and the ginger icing tastes lovely. I enjoyed my Sunday cuppas knowing I had some lovely ginger crunch to eat.
