My feedback is that I was buying coffee yesterday at work, a tall female barista firstly told me off for not opening my keep cup lid. I apologised and offered to open it but she ignored me. She basically ignored me for the rest and I can tell that she pour all the milk straight into the coffee too fast. Unsurprisingly my coffee was burnt. I decide to make my own coffee at my ward now after such experience. Kind of disappointed.
