I have been a customer of fishes Takeways for about two years and the fish and chips are always consistently good. Today however I have tried to order something different from the menu. When I picked up the order I realised the dish did not meet my expectations so I questioned this, even showing a photo of what this dish should look like. Staff member suggested I order something else similar next time. I insisted I did not want the dish and a customer overhearing me asked if she can buy the dish off me and freeze it to which staff member reafter which she spoke with the male chef, coming back to the counter she angrily opened the till and gave me a refund. I asked her if I can order something else to which she replied no, shocked I asked again I will pay you for this to which she said no, hes not happy pointing to the chef. Customer who was waiting for her order also repeated you are giving them money whats the problem? Im very disappointed with this poor customer service and disrespectful attitude, being a manager of a customer service business myself I will not be returning back.
