If you are looking for great Indian food, then you have come to the right place. With very polite staff and food that will blow all other curry’s out of the water, The Red Fort can’t be beat. I can’t wait for my next visit.
I wouldn’t come here again. We are locals and decided to give this place a go with a Treat Me voucher, if we had paid full price I would have been livid. The service was appalling given we were one of three tables occupied in the resteraunt and the food was very average. Our curries weren’t fresh, nor was the mango lassi. The entres were tasty and the only highlight of our meal.
We had organised a christmas dinner for 23 people last friday.. Excellent Food, Great Service, Loved it..I would like to go again….Highly recommended…
my friend and i ordered food from this restaurant to be delivered to us. the lady on the phone told us that delivery was free for orders over $25. once the food was delivered and we were paying we checked the receipt and realised that they were charging us $6 for delivery. although this isnt such a huge amount, they still gave us false information about their restaurant and told us at the door while we were paying that we actually needed to spend over $90 to get free delivery. this wasnt a very good experience for as we were looking forward to having our food from The Red Fort but we were quite disappointed and annoyed that the lady on the phone had lied to us. will not be recommending or returning to this restaurant.
Standard Indian (which is something I very rarely crave) but it’s local for me and they deliver for a minimal charge, so one rainy evening we had it deliver and I have to say it was very very tasty! Very rich- mad medium spice butter chicken, and chicken Korma, some poppadums and garlic naan. Not only was it quick but lovely delivery man and like I said… tasty tasty food.
We got home delivery last night for a group of us and we are so happy we did! The food was absolutely beautiful. We ordered a Lamb Saag, Rogan Josh, Korma and a butter chicken. We were all amazed at how authentic it tasted. They weren’t shy on the meat either which was perfect having a big group of us too. I highly recommend the butter chicken and the Korma. Two of my favourite dishes and by far one of the best butter chickens I have ever had. Nothing tastes overly sugary or sweet it was all full of those Indian flavours and spices you expect to taste. I have been luckily enough to visit India and try the beautiful cuisine first hand right next to the Red Fort itself and last nights meal took me right back to the time I was there! We will be down to dine one night soon! Keep up the good work and your new business will flourish.
