Was very excited coming here as it was the first time since when it used to be known as Cock and Bull and I used to go there quite often.Pub food – I’d recommend leaving butter chicken in a Indian takeaway or restaurant.The food was below average for the price you pay. Prawns felt old and were rather chewy.Fish and Chips were bland. Batter on the fish had no taste and the fries weren’t that great either.The chicken and mushroom pie was ok!. Came out great and looked good but there was no real taste to it. The mash potato tasted like it was straight out of a box.Probably won’t be back again. Thought it might become a regular spot again but maybe not.
